The problem is old and specific. You send the invitation to forty people and then have no idea who will show up. Confirmations arrive over WhatsApp, get copied into a spreadsheet, and on the day of the event nobody knows how many chairs to set out.
EventQR does not design invitations. It handles the moment after: the organizer keeps whatever invitation they already made, and gets a link to paste into it. Guests confirm in under ten seconds without creating an account, and the organizer watches the list fill in real time.
Guest data is deleted automatically ninety days after the event. The event survives, the people do not.
